As part of the 2007 Doernbecher Freestyle program, Nike gave Lance Dillon, a leukemia patient, the opportunity to design the Dunk Low Premium. The sneaker features black leather and green suede construction with encouraging words like 'fight', 'power', and 'warrior'. In 2013, Nike released this special iteration in its original form.
